Polymer Innovations provide their products and services to you subject to the following conditions. We aim to provide a fast and friendly service, but if problems do arise please contact us and we will endeavour to resolve any issues. If you visit or shop within this website, you accept these conditions. Please read them carefully.

PAYMENTS: 
There are several easy options for you to pay for your purchases. Simply select you preferred payment option while you are in the checkout section just before completing your purchase. All prices included GST and a full invoice will be supplied with your order.

We accept payments via:
1] MOST MAJOR CREDIT CARDS. (Australia & all International purchases).You can choose to enter your card details securely on this site in our secure checkout area. We currently accept credit card payments using Visa and MasterCard.

2] PAY PAL- ALL MAJOR CREDIT CARDS (Australia & all International purchases). You will be automatically directed through the PayPal checkout when you select this payment option.

3] DIRECT BANK DEPOSIT (Cash deposit, cash transfer, or internet bank transfer (AUSTALIA ONLY)). Account details will be given at checkout. Please note that goods will only be shipped after funds have been cleared by our bank, which usually occurs after 3 working days from payment. NOTE: if you use this payment method PLEASE USE YOUR ORDER NUMBER AS REFERENCE SO WE CAN IDENTIFY YOUR DEPOSIT.

4] MONEY ORDERS/CHEQUES (Australia only).  Payee details and postal address will be issued upon checkout. Money Orders need to be received prior to purchase being posted. Please Note: Cheques will only be accepted on rare occasions, so please contact us first if you are intending on using this payment method. Goods will not be sent until the cheques have cleared. This could take 5-7 business days.

5] PHONE/FAX CREDIT CARD PAYMENT. If you feel more comfortable, please phone our office on (02) 6571 5177, or fax your details through to (02) 6571 2505.

6] OTHER. Should you require an alternate method of payment then please contact us to discuss other options.

CREDIT ACCOUNT
Customers who have been regularly trading with us for more than 3 months and are able to provide three trade references are eligible to apply for a credit account. Customers who are unable to provide three trade references will need to be trading with us regularly for six months to be eligible to apply for our credit account. Your application will be processed within seven (7) working days and if approved you will be notified in writing with the approved credit amount. Minimum order is $150 (excluding freight).

CREDIT POLICY
·         Payment is due 14 days after the date of invoice, unless other terms have been agreed.
·         Your payments are automatically applied to the oldest invoice first. If by mistake you pay later invoices first this will cause
        part payment of invoices and may make it more difficult to reconcile your account.
·         All accounts which exceed 45 days are automatically placed on 'CREDIT HOLD', and no goods can be sent until all
       invoices are paid.
·         If an account exceeds 45 days, any new order will have to be prepaid, in addition to full payment of all outstanding
       invoices. Only then will the 3credit facility be reinstated.
·         If an account exceeds 45 days more than twice in one tax year, the credit account will be suspended and terms of trade
       will be 'CASH ONLY'.
·         All goods remain, in title, the property of Polymer Innovations Pty Ltd, until all payments and charges in respect of the
       goods have been made in full.

SHIPPING WITHIN AUSTRALIA
·         We currently ship using a combination of Australia Post and TNT. Most small parcels are shipped in Aust Post Pre Paid
        Satchels and Pre Paid Express Satchels. 
·         We prefer to ship urgent and/or large orders through TNT. When shipping by TNT we ask that you leave special
        instructions as to where your order can be left if no one is available to sign for the delivery. If no instructions are given
       we will leave instructions for TNT to leave if no one is available. Any redelivery fees incurred by Polymer Innovations will
       be charged back to you, the customer. 
·         You may find that there is $0 against some shipping options, this may be due to the fact that our shipping estimator is
        unable to provide an accurate price for shipping to your area. We will contact you to confirm shipping costs prior to
       shipping your order. 
·         On rare occasions there may be a remote delivery fee for remote areas within Australia when shipping with TNT. If this
        applies to your order we will contact you prior to processing or sending your order. 
·         Orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours of received payments.
·         When shipping through Australia Post delivery is usually 4-7 business days’ delivery.
·         When shipping through TNT delivery is usually 1-3 business days.
·         Registered post is available upon request so if you have any concerns about your item please contact us to make sure
        that insurance is provided.
·         If you have your own courier that you would like us to use then please use the "Use My Courier" as your shipping option
       and leave your courier contact phone number, account details and special delivery notes in the Special Instructions box. 
·         Pickup from our warehouse is available, please contact us to make arrangements.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING 
·         International buyers please check postage calculator for postage costs to your country. 
·         We send most items that are less than 18kg through Australia Post. Larger items or rush orders will be shipped through
       a combination of Aust Post - International Express Courier, TNT or UPS, whichever is the cheaper option. If you have any
       questions or would like to discuss other shipping options please contact us. 
·         We will deliver anywhere in the world and all orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours of payment being
        received.
·         When shipping through Australia Post delivery is usually about 10-12 working days, but has been known to take up to
        21 working days, depending on holidays, customs, weather etc.

RISK OF LOSS 
·         Polymer Innovations is not directly liable for any loss, theft or damage to any goods during transit.  
·         All items purchased from Polymer Innovations are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of
       loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
